Cher Lloyd: Blue Hair at Q102 Concert

Cher Lloyd is all smiles as she performs at the Q102 iHeart Radio Performance Theater in Bala Cynwyd, Penn., on Friday night (March 1).

The 19-year-old British singer with her new blue hair, performed a set of songs off her album, including new single With Ur Love.
