As a teenager who earned herself a huge young fanbase on The X Factor , Cher Lloyd could certainly have a word or two of advice for Rachel Crow and Drew Ryniewicz. The two hopefuls are competing on the US edition of the talent contest, and met Cher soon after the 'Swagger Jagger' hitmaker touched down in LA. She said on Twitter: "Had a tour of X factor studios at CBS in LA, looks exactly the same as the UK one! Great to see Simon." Drew and Rachel are both mentored by Simon Cowell on the Fox series, and he's also a top dog at Cher's record label. Cher was mentored by Cheryl Cole on the 2010 run of the UK version, and finished fourth. Cole has recently said she is "proud" of wh at Cher has achieved in the past year. After the 20-year-old 'X Factor' hopeful received cruel jibes about her weight, the 'Swagger Jagger' hitmaker - who was a victim of internet abuse herself when she took part in the ITV1 show last year - called her up to offer some advice. The 18-year-old singer starts in Folkestone in Kent on 29 March taking in Leeds, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham and London. The tour ends at Nottingham's Rock City with tickets on sale this Friday. Cher Lloyd released her debut album Sticks + Stones earlier this month with lead single Swagger Jagger making it to number one in August. The singer will play 12 dates across the UK next year, kicking off in Folkestone on March 29 and wrapping up on April 12 in Nottingham. The star will be promoting her debut LP Sticks + Stones on the jaunt, which entered at number four on the albums chart earlier this month. Lloyd's debut song 'Swagger Jagger' topped the singles chart in July this year, while follow-up cut 'With Ur Love' entered at number four. Tickets go on sale at 8am tomorrow (November 22). Lloyd recently admitted that she had a poor attitude during her time on The X Factor , adding: "I do realise it and I'm a better person for it - I found me." Cher Lloyd Hoping To Make 'Harder, More Explicit' Music In The Future

Cher Lloyd has revealed her desire to move away from bubblegum pop and maker 'harder' music in the future. Lloyd, who rose to fame during the 2010 series of The X Factor, spoke to PopDash about her plans for the future and revealed that she is hoping to work on a more aggressive style of music than that found on her debut album 'Sticks +Stones'. "People should be prepared for me to get a lot harder with my music. I want to go right in at the deep end, full on stuff. I want to be a lot more edgy and I do want it to be more explicit and a bit controversial." she told us. Pop icon Cher helped save her best friend's life after she suffered a seizure at the Believe singer's home. Choreographer Doriana Sanchez slipped and fell onstage while working with Cher during her recent Las Vegas residency, but it wasn't until she passed out at the singer's house that she realised something was terribly wrong.
