Cheryl Cole 'Proud' Of Cher Lloyd And Rebecca Ferguson

Cher Lloyd is "disappointed" and Rebecca Ferguson "sad" that their X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole hasn't been in touch... but the Girls Aloud singer has put rumours of unrest to bed with a complimentary tweet.

It seems every time the 'Parachute' hitmaker logs on to the social networking site she makes some sort of headline, and today was no different.

Praising her former stars-in-the-making for their accomplishments, she said: "Feels like I've blinked and we're back in November, its been a cra! zy year.

"So proud of what my girls have achieved @CherLloyd and @RebeccaFMusic are doing so well!!"

She then posted a link to Rebecca's new single 'Nothing's Real But Love', saying "Just been watching this...wow"

Cher Lloyd finished fourth and Rebecca Ferguson second in last year's series, with Cole's other finalists Katie Waissel and Treyc Cohen leaving during earlier live shows.

Chezza had earlier told a fan that her own new material will be released "sooner than you might think".
