The 19-year-old, who was hit by bottles of urine at V Festival, thanked her fans or Brats.

Its so amazing Want U Back has sold 1million copies in America. My Brats rock, thank you! she said.

Cher has been working hard to win fans across the pond and recently treated a lucky few to some milkshakes at Millions Of Milkshakes in West Hollywood.

Teenage girls came in their droves to be served their sweet treat of choice by the Swagger Jagger singer, who donned latex gloves and an apron for the event.

The singer clearly had a ball behind the counter, as she later took to her Twitter account to thank her fans and the milkshake shop for the experience.

She wrote: 'Had an amazing time @Milkshakes247 thanks to everyone that showed up!!!xxx'.
