Cher Lloyd meets up with Katy Perry inside the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon held at Capitale in New York City on Friday afternoon (November 30).

The 19-year-old British singer performed Katys E.T. at the event as well as her own hit, Want U Back.
