The Swagger Jagger singer, who is busy trying to crack the US charts, grabbed the spotlight at the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon.

The 19-year-old petite beauty topped the look off with a plain black top, a boyfriend shape blazer and stunning black ankle boots.

The event was also attended by US stars Katy Perry and Carly Rae Jepsen.
