SOMETIMES it's necessary to congratulate celebrities on their ability to pull off outfits they probably shouldn't be able to - today is one of those days.

Cher Lloyd is a pro at making sure she leaves an impression - let's not forget that whole Cheryl Cole debacle, eh?

So we're not surprised that she hit the stage in Folkstone last night wearing the teeny-tiniest pair of hot pants for the first night of her UK tour.

The 18 year old strutted her stuff in a cropped skull print bandeau top, a denim sleeveless jacket and her bronzed high-waist shorts - the type of outfit very few could pull off.

But despite going for a controversial ensemble, Cher looked unfazed about flashing the flesh and ruled the stage with her signature sassy attitude.
