Cher Lloyd does her best Cheryl Cole impression, tries her hand judging a talent show

Cher Lloyd has long reminded us of Cheryl Cole after landing a seat on the judging panel of a US talent show: more than ever!

You see, as Cher is an absolutely mahoovsive star over in the US, she was asked to judge their new show Make Your Mark.

Even though she was only on one herself two years ago.

In the clip she tells the acts: "I'm looking mostly for confidence and being able to hold your own."

And we reckon it's looking like Cher does a great job, even if the girls she is judging only look about seven years old.

Then again, Cher is only 19 herself.

It really is crazy to think of everything she has achieved before her 20th birthday.

What's more, also on the panel with Cher is Cheryl's bezzie mate Derek Hough!

However, we wonder what Cheryl makes of Cher's new job with Derek as after all, the pair famously fell out after Cher criticized her former mentor for 'never singing live.'

To which Cheryl responded: "Be Careful who you kick on your way up... They kick you twice as hard on your way back down."

Still, maybe they have made friends since?
