Cher Lloyd: In Tune with J-14

Cher Lloyd hits the carpet at the 2012 J-14 InTune Concert held at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City on Thursday night (September 20).

The 19-year-old British beauty performed at the concert along with Austin Mahone.
