Cher arrived at theJ-14 Magazine In Tune Concert - held at the Hard Rock Cafe - wearing a stunning white mini-dress.

The stunningoutfit helped show off the 19-year-olds toned legs, featuring a cut away design under the arms and the back.

Cher looked gorgeous in the sexy white ensemble as she strutted her stuff on the Big Apple stage in a pair of grey peep toe heels.

The Swagger Jagger star seems to have completed herdominationof the states, with her new single Want U Back selling over a million copies world-wide.
