Cher Lloyd: X Factor have gagged me

X FACTOR star Cher Lloyd has hit out at gagging clauses stopping her spilling the beans about the show.

The singer, 18, said: "You can never tell. Do you know what? There are so many contracts and all that, not to blab. I can't do it, I'll get sued!"

But she still managed to joke about judge Louis Walsh: "Have a holiday for a few years! Have a break Louis, you work too hard.

"I don't think he likes me very much, he said that I'm a monster.

"He's the only one that's stayed he might as well go as well and bring someone else in."
