Former X Factor star Cher Lloyd swaps her usual tracksuits for tailoring on a date with her boyfriend.

The Swagger Jagger singer glammed up in a smart electric blue blazer and African-inspired patterned skirt for dinner at Londons May Fair Hotel.

But the 18-year-old kept the outfit young and bright, adding matching blue lace-up heels and quirky orange socks.

The teenagers other half, Craig Monk, also sported a blazer, teamed with jeans and a checked shirt for their night out.

The singer, whose album Sticks and Stones is set for release on November 7, reignited her feud with X Factor judge Louis Walsh this week.

The Irishman branded mouthy Cher a brat after last years comp! etition, and Cher was less than impressed to see him back this year.

In a no-holds-barred interview with Digital Spy, Cher said: You've still got Louis. Urgh! Do you know what? He's bored.

Let him have his little play around. Louis, I love yer... do I 'eck!

The feisty star also took a swipe at controversial contestant Kitty Brucknell, saying: She's got a lot learn. I just dislike the way she acts, and she acts that way to get the attention. I think her approach to things is wrong."
